Damstra Mining Services are no longer accepting EFT payments for any transaction prior to invoicing. Alternative payment options are: Purchase Order, cheque (must supply a cheque with paperwork), & credit card. Upon receipt of invoice by your company, EFT payments are accepted.
The process used to book inductions has changed. Please read the process outline detailed in this document.
Please Note:
As of 1st February 2012, all induction bookings to work at Whitehaven Narrabri will need to be made through Damstra Mining Services. Currently, all inductions are booked until 22nd February 2012 (booked by Narrabri). Bookings through Damstra can be made for inductions commencing the week of 27th February.
Site Familiarisation/Generic inductions are conducted by NCO each Monday from 8am until 3pm at the Narrabri Golf Club.
The underground induction is conducted each Tuesday & Wednesday from 8am to 3pm at Narrabri Mine.
Please ensure you are at the location 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time so that the induction can commence on time.
