Ulan West Construction Project will be holding their Site Familiarisation at Club Mudgee on Mondays immediately after the Xstrata Generic starting at approximately 2:30pm & running for approximately 2 hours.
To attend the Ulan West Construction Project Familiarisation, you must have made either a booking for or attended a Generic Induction prior to submitting all required paperwork to DMS a minimum of 5 full business days prior to the Familiarisation date. If you have confirmed a Generic Induction booking, you must have attended that induction prior to the Familiarisation.
Please Note: The Ulan West Construction Project Familiarisation is for the construction project & does not allow access to any other aspect of the Ulan mining operation.
A Company Details Request Form will need to be completed so an invoice can be generated by TESA Mining to cover the fee ($40 + GST) associated with provision of the trainer to present Ulan West Construction Site Familiarisation.
Ulan West is a new underground coal mine in the Central West of NSW. The new mine, which is referred to as the Ulan West Underground Mine, is to be located within the existing UCML complex, which is approximately 45km North West of Mudgee & 25km North East of Gulgong. The project is referred to as the Ulan West Project & includes the establishment of an access BOX cut, development of underground roadways, & establlishment of surface facilities. NMS have been appointed as the statuary coal operator for the site.
