- If you are operating at a work-site that uses Insurance Tracking via TWMS, you will be able to see an overview of your insurances, values and expiry dates, as recorded in TWMS for each site.

- View upcoming Induction Expiry Dates – (All company employees in the next 90 days)
- This lets you see at a glance who, and how many of your employees need to be booked for re-induction, & when.
View your Employees Records:
- Date of Birth, Phone, Mobile and Fax Numbers
- Next of Kin Details
- All Current induction details & expiry dates
- List of all current Skills & Competencies, and which site they belong to.
This gives you the ability to ensure your employees records are up-to-date, and correct on our records. It also provides you with a central, web-accessible location to view Next of Kin information, if needed in an emergency.
Access to all your employees scanned paperwork. This gives you direct access to every supporting document sent to Damstra Mining Services for skills and qualifications. All of this paperwork is available for download, and on-line review.
Gain access to our Inductions and Skills search system. This lets you generate reports on certain skills or competencies, recorded on the system. For example; if you would like to find amongst your employees, anyone with a qualification on a CAT 777 for example, this can show it to you at a glance.
The report output can be highly customised, regarding the information shown, to best adapt to your business needs.
View your Employees Records:
- Access to all of your employees Time Cards, including in/out times, and which mine site they worked at.
- You also will have access to Shift, Daily and Weekly cumulative hour totals per employee, to provide you with accurate information.View On-Premises screens for the mine-sites you service, in regards to your employees. Find who is on site, right now, and where. This can also provide a printable copy of this information.
View a complete overview of your companies’ employees total worked times, in time-card format. This can generate an at-a-glance view of total hours worked, and how many people from your company have worked in a given time period and is also available for export from TWMS for import into your companies own systems.
As you can see, the Company Web Access provides your company with the ability to quickly, and easily gain access to information never previously available to you. With this system, you can see what the mine sees, in regards to your employees.
This service is provided through the internet, via our web page. This means you can have complete, unrestricted access to this information, any time, round-the-clock. This also means that you can access this service from anywhere. Your office, on-site, remotely, or even at home.
Damstra are offering 2 versions of the Company Web, The FREE version provides information with the exception of timecards, Scanned Documents and live information, The PAID access for only $50 per month (ex. GST) provides access to all areas.
Total cost for the 12 month term is $660.00 Inc GST
