Cement Mill 7 Site Project Induction

The CM7 Project Site Induction is carried out at the Adelaide Brighton Cement, Birkenhead Site in the CM7 office area.
The induction commences at 9.30am and takes 1 hour to complete. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time so that the induction can commence promptly at 9.30am.

CM7 Contractor Registration Request Form:- Must be supplied completed.

Contractor Employee Details Form:- Must be supplied completed.

Contractor Employee Competency Verification Form:- Must be supplied completed.

Adelaide Brighton Cement Contractor Information:- For contractors under 5 days.

Adelaide Brighton Cement Contractor Information:- To be registered with Damstra Mining Services.

Contractors wishing to work onsite must also supply:
 - Letter of competency
 - ABC General Induction Confirmation of Completion (Pass)
 - Construction Induction (White Card).
 - Photo (Passport Type).

To simplify information collection & to reduce the number of forms required, the Company Details form is now only required for companies that have not registered with Damstra Mining Services previously or if you need to update your company details.

Use the Company Change form if you were previously registered with Damstra Mining Services under a different company name, & are simply transferring to a new company name.

The Adelaide Brighton Cement Site is situated on the LeFevre Peninsula in South Australia (Port Adelaide Area).

Access to the site:

From the north
Travel west along the Salisbury Highway & then the Port River Expressway ( Salisbury Highway becomes Port River Expressway at South Road). Continue over the Derrick Diver Bridge & veer right at the traffic lights.

(A) Travel along Victoria Road until you reach the next set of traffic lights (Wills Street), where you will turn right. Travel along Wills Street & then turn right at Elder Road.
Travel along Elder Road & then turn left at the junction of Charles Street (right) & Sterling Street (left). Travel along Sterling Street until you reach the Cement Mill 7 gate on the right side of the road.

From the east
Travel west along Grand Junction Road & turn right at the Port Road/Commercial Road intersection.

(B) Travel along Commercial Road & turn left at the second set of traffic lights (St. Vincent Street). Turn right at the first set of traffic lights (Nelson Street) & travel over the Birkenhead Bridge. Travel through the first set of traffic lights at Semaphore Road & then turn left at the second set of traffic lights (Victoria Road).

From the city
Travel along Port Road & continue through the Junction Road intersection onto Commercial Road.
Follow directions (B) from above.

From the south (Along Tapleys Hill Road)
Travel north along Tapleys Hill Road & turn left at the traffic lights at Old Port Road. Travel along Old Port Road & through the traffic lights at Frederick Road. Veer left onto Bower Road before the next set of traffic lights.

Travel along Bower Road & turn right at the next set of traffic lights (Causeway Road). Continue along Causeway Road & turn right at the next set of traffic lights (Semaphore Road).
Drive over the railway crossing & turn left at the next set of traffic lights (Nelson Street). Stay in the left lane & turn left again onto Victoria Road.
Follow directions (A) from above.

From the south (along Military Road)
Travel along Military Road, past West Lakes, until you reach the traffic lights at Semphore Road. Turn right & then travel along Semaphore Road, over the railway crossing & turn left at the next set of traffic lights (Nelson Street). Stay in the left lane & turn left again onto Victoria Road.
